Who we are

GSI was founded in 2002 as a spin-off by a few former banking managers of the German IKB Bank in Dusseldorf who are still the "beating heart" of the company.

Since its foundation, GSI structured investment solutions for more than 5.000 private and institutional German investors. Some of those transactions were issued as public funds others as private placements.

The stake of the well known German, Hamburg based M.M.Warburg & CO Bank in GSI supports us in our aim to translate your visions into action. M.M.Warburg & CO is the biggest privately held bank in Germany with a tradition of over 200 years.
